Fouracre Financial is the Group’s specialist mortgage broking business. Its brokers help investors understand their borrowing position, compare suitable options and prepare applications with the lender’s requirements in view.
The October 2026 merger with Source Financial expands that capability. Jack Fouracre leads the combined business as CEO, with Corey Goldby as head of broker division. Fouracre also acquired Dash Lending as part of the Group’s wider investment in investor services.

Credit assistance is provided by Fouracre Financial. Insurance advice is provided by Solace Life. Accounting services are provided by TGM Accounting.
