Arjun Paliwal founded InvestorKit after experiencing property investing himself. He saw the value of looking beyond familiar suburbs, comparing markets carefully and understanding what a purchase needed to achieve.
The business brought together research, portfolio strategy, acquisition and client support. Specialists could focus on each part of the process while the client stayed focused on the purpose of investing.
As those client relationships grew, the next question became clearer: how could the businesses around a property investor work together more effectively?
